Today I am enjoying the comfort and beauty of my new home, and wanted to extend a hearty “thank you” to Bo McMurphy and Dan McGinn and all of their staff and sub contractors that worked so hard and consistently to bring it all together on May 15, 2021. I would particularly like to thank you personally, Bo, for all your early advice and planning that proved to be so important and valuable as I moved through the various stages of construction. With the benefit of your input, I was able to avoid many of the pitfalls and problems that I might have otherwise encountered, and I now also enjoy numerous amenities that I would not have thought of without your help. During the course of construction, my expectations were high, and whenever I did incur any concerns, Bo and Dan were always ready and quick to resolve them to my complete satisfaction. I also am highly pleased that I did not incur cost overruns. In construction of my home, they were able to control costs in such a way that all progressed smoothly and without surprise. I absolutely made the right choice in selecting my builder. McMurphy Homes did an outstanding job, and I am highly satisfied with the results. I also recommended McMurphy Homes to a friend and they took my advice and now their home is in the building process. Thank you and all of your staff for the excellent work you have done for me!
